Deb is a Naturopathic Doctor and has been a business owner since 1975; Deb was forced to reinvent herself after a near fatal head on collision with a drunk driver. Deb pursued a creative solution that would allow her to provide for her family while undergoing a strenuous physical therapy routine. This led Deb to becoming an expert and specialist in internet marketing. Deb’s extensive background, experience and schooling in art and human science have equipped her with a personal connection in relating to other people. The Adz DR was influenced by the need to help fellow business owners solve marketing challenges in an era of social change. Deb loves to guide business owners on how to comprehend and utilize social media, mobile marketing and how to expand their local reach on the internet; implementing strategies that prove to help local business owners gain greater market share for their business both online and offline.
Jack started his Sales Career in a call center in Niles Illinois located right within the Nightingale-Conant Corporate Offices. There he took advantage of acquainting himself with their vast library of Personal Development Products. Within a short time Jack became one of the company’s top producing Sales Reps and was promoted to the company’s Training Department. It was in this role he began a career in Sales Training and Sales Management and developed his very own Sales Training System entitled The Center-line Principle. Jack’s training systems have been adopted and are still used by several direct response companies and sales organizations.
In 2000 Jack relocated back from the Chicago area to Boston. He joined forces with a top national mortgage company where he ranked 17th out of 3,500 nationally in sales volume. In 2005 Jack was hired as Vice President of Sales for a local television infomercial company. As Vice President of Sales Jack implemented sales, marketing and training systems that were instrumental in the company’s explosive growth. This resulted in the company growing from 60 to over 500 internal Sales Reps, an additional 11,000 at home agents and produced an excess of 4 million dollars per week in revenue.

Matthew has a background in programming and has owned and operated a web design and e-commerce business. Matthew originally worked at the offices of a major British food retailer, where he found he had a liking for the creativity that programming requires and the satisfaction that it brings. This caused him to move in to desktop programming full-time and set up shop in 2005.
Aware of the ever-growing importance of the web, Matthew made the transition from desktop to website programming in 2008 and keeps informed of the latest developments and trends. For him, user-friendliness is the key to a good website with simple, easy navigation.
Matthew enjoys providing creative solutions to problems, helping local businesses promote themselves via pleasant, usable and well-designed websites. As a certified Microsoft Office technician, his expertise allows him to assist individuals and companies to make better use of the ever-popular Microsoft Office suite of applications: increasing productivity for business while simultaneously allowing their employees to develop their own skills and confidence.
When not geeking out programming, Matthew loves to experience foreign cultures and foods, especially by cooking Italian food at home and when visiting interesting places across the world whenever possible. He’s also interested in current affairs and the onward march of science and technology, and is an avid fan of The Simpson’s.
